• Treat others respectfully. Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, and toxic behaviour are strictly prohibited.
• Any illegal activity is not allowed, including cheats, exploits, hacks, malware, and scams.
• Spamming, vote manipulation, and misleading behaviour are forbidden.
• Report violations through our contact form.

• Only active, authentic, correctly categorised listings are allowed.
• This covers Discord servers, FiveM servers, Minecraft servers, and Roblox experiences or communities.
• NSFW, scam, fake, and banned content is strictly prohibited. See the Discord Community Guidelines.
• All assets, including logos, banners, and descriptions, must be original or properly licensed.
• Roblox listings must link to a valid experience or group, must not promote Robux scams, fake giveaways, or exploits, and must comply with the Roblox Community Standards.

• Only functional, verified bots with valid tokens may be listed. Add your bot.
• Bumping may only be used within the allowed interval for your plan.
• Bumping through unauthorised scripts or third-party bots is strictly forbidden.
• Bump messages must be clear, honest, and follow community standards.
• Bot content must not infringe copyright, including logos, music, and trademarks.

• Advertising must be transparent, accurate, and relevant to its audience.
• Misleading content, clickbait, and false claims are not allowed.
• Pay-to-join systems, pyramid schemes, crypto scams, Robux scams, fake in-game rewards, and illegal services are prohibited.
• Promoting competing listing platforms requires prior approval.

• A friendly, helpful attitude is expected at all times.
• For issues or questions, join our support server.
• Personal attacks, harassment, and deliberate provocation lead to disciplinary action.

• Premium is bound to the listing it was purchased for and is not transferable.
• Premium features may not be abused, including placement, badges, and bump intervals.
• Abuse may lead to premium being removed without refund. View premium plans.

• Use of our API must stay within its documented rate limits and terms.
• Partner bots must be secure, GDPR-compliant, and technically stable.
• Webhooks, embeds, and automations must be clearly labelled and transparent.
• Integrations must not degrade platform security or performance.

• Only original or properly licensed content may be used: text, images, music, and video.
• Using copyrighted or trademarked material without authorisation is prohibited.
• Listings that infringe copyright are removed without notice.
• DMCA and legal requests: copyright@discordium.org.

• Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
• External platforms such as Discord, Roblox, Mojang, and FiveM have no access to Discordium user data.
• You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time via our contact form.

Depending on severity, a violation may result in:

• A warning.
• Temporary restriction of features such as bumping or premium placement.
• Removal of the listing, or suspension of the account.

• Premium features may be revoked without refund where they have been abused.
• Severe or repeated violations lead to a permanent ban.
• Decisions can be appealed through our contact form.
